Kuwait Orders

• Customers may exchange or request a refund within 14 days of receiving the order.
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags attached.

International Orders (Outside Kuwait)

• Exchanges or refunds are accepted within 10 days of receiving the order.
• If the item has a factory or technical defect, we will cover all delivery costs.
• If the exchange or refund is due to personal preference (e.g., style, fit, or color), the customer is responsible for all shipping costs.

General Conditions

• Items must be returned in their original packaging.
• Any item showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage will not be accepted.
• Refunds will be processed after the item has been inspected and approved.
